Return & Exchange

Returns

Return is accepted within 7 days if you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect product & quantity item.

We will not accept change or return of any opened or used products. Any cosmetic items already opened cannot be returned. Return is not possible for correct products that you found is not suitable (e.g. on cosmetic colors).

Items must be returned in the original condition in which they were received.

Buyer is responsible for the return shipping cost.

We do not refund original shipping and handling fees with the return item(s). We can only refund the total value of products in case of damaged, defective or incorrect sent items and will be credited back to your Paypal account.

On-sale products, redemption products, gifts or premiums cannot be changed or returned.

7-days stock guaranteed warranty is only applicable for Internet purchase products. Any purchases from our retail shops cannot be changed or returned.

Once we received the original product, we will immediate refund to your purchase account.

Exchange

We do offer exchanges for other items if you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect product & quantity, within 7 days of receiving goods.

We will arrange to re-send the new product in the original shipping method used for purchase without charging any further shipping fees, once we received back the problem product.

In case the original product is out of stock and we are unable to exchange, we'll fully refund the full value of the product to your Paypal account  in the same form of payment originally used for the purchase.

If customers do not apply for stock changes or returns within 7 days of receiving products, the transaction deal is closed, Laveodo.com will not have any legal responsibilities and will not arrange any stock changes or returns afterwards.

 

Lycohealth.com.hk particularly serves customers who are experienced and familiar with our products. We assume customers knows about the scents of products or colors of cosmetics purchased. The photos on web are for reference only, the standard size and color of products should follow products sold in retailers.

 

Lycohealth.com.hk online shop reserves all rights of final conclusions for any disputes or disagreements.

Return and exchange steps

1. Contact us by email within 7 days after receiving the product(s).

2. Provide us with your Purchase Number, product(s) name and the specific reason for your return or exchange.

3. Obtain a Return Authorization Number from us.

4. Repack the returned or exchange products in the original packing materials if possible (including gift box if it comes with one) together with our Return Authorization Number in a box that we can follow your request.

5. Send the returning items by mail to the address we gave u in the email.

6. All return and exchange shipping fee must be prepaid.
